This Privacy Policy explains how Lean Pulse Labs LLC ("Lean Pulse Labs," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected through our website at leanpulselabs.com. We keep this simple on purpose: we collect very little, we do not sell your data, and we use what you give us only to respond to you.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact or booking form, we collect the information you provide: your name, your email address, your business name if you choose to share it, and the message you write. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever information you include in that message.
Like most websites, our hosting and security provider automatically logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Our host (Cloudflare) may set essential security cookies needed to operate and protect the site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address in order to deliver those fonts; no tracking cookies are set by that request. If we ever add website analytics, we will ask for your consent first through a banner, and nothing non-essential will load unless you accept.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule an intro call, and discuss whether we are a fit to work together. We use technical logs to operate and secure the site. We do not use your information for automated decision making that produces legal effects.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only as needed for that purpose. These currently include our form delivery provider (Web3Forms), our website host and security provider (Cloudflare), our email provider (Microsoft 365), and Google Fonts for font delivery. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep inquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of our communications. In practice, if a conversation does not lead to us working together, we delete or archive the related messages within 24 months of our last contact. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. We honor these requests regardless of where you are located.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (GDPR and UK GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal information, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. Our legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry and communicating with you; where we rely on consent (for example, if we later add optional analytics), you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA and CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request deletion or correction, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Do not sell or share my personal information
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. Because we do not currently run analytics or advertising tools, there are no opt-out preference signals to act on; if we ever add such tools, we will treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid opt-out request. International visitors
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed here. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.
Children's privacy
Our website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
